  • i capture quick reference photos of your guests so they don’t have to sit still. i illustrate continuously throughout the event, guests are welcome to stop by to watch the artwork happen live or pick them up before leaving

  • I will paint continuously throughout your scheduled event time. for unfinished portraits within your booked package tier, i take reference photos on-site, complete the portraits in my studio after the event, and personally ship the finished artwork directly to one address within 2-3 weeks.

  • i require a solid table and two chairs to station myself at. i will provide my own tablecloth to protect the provided furniture. lighting is crucial so i can see the beautiful people i am illustrating. while not necessary, if you would place my station near a charging outlet so i can plug in a light if needed

  • oh absolutely! bookings further than 40 miles of dallas, texas require full travel expenses and accomodations for a minimum two-night stay for myself and one assistant. in our consultation conversation, we will talk through all the details!

  • after a brief consultation conversation, i will send you over a contract and a media consent form to review and sign. a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your event date. the remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event date.

  • Yes absolutely! some couples choose to collect all the completed artwork at the end of the night to use as guestbook memories or to include in their thank you cards after their event

  • portraits are drawn or painted on 5×7 professional-grade watercolor paper and packaged in a plastic sleeve for your guests to take home safely

  • I will arrive early to set up to make sure everything is perfect and picture-worthy. as guests show up to my table, a photo will be taken, then guests are free to enjoy the event while i illustrate throughout the night. guests are able to take their drawing home at the end of the night and watch the art come to life!
